next to Scurry Fire Station #2 on FM 148
City Council Meetings are open to the community
All citizens desiring to address the council during a regular council meeting must sign-up before the session begins. Citizens will be given 3 minutes to speak and should be aware that the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the council from responding or interacting with the speaker about any item that is not on the agenda.
